Diabetes is one of the most fast spreading disease all over the world and the medical world has still not been able to find a permanent cure for it. It is a condition characterized by increase in levels of blood sugar or glucose in the blood. Your Fitness Goal Has Been Reached, Now What?

Over the past couple weeks since I have been spreading the news of my involvement with Team Beach Body. One question has been asked more then any other. “I reached my goal(s) and then I fell back into my old rut and lose everything I gained! I’m frustrated, what do I need to do to make me happy?” When I first heard these stories, I was confused. If you reached your goals, then continue doing what got you there. Seems like the simple answer, but it is not the case.
After talking to numerous people this past week, they talked about things such as boredom, lack of support, weak nutritional habits (no accountability) and time commitment. These are just a few reasons for their down fall. At the end of the day like I told many of them, they are making excuses of not breaking their old habits. On a positive side there are ways to keep the momentum going once you have reached your original goal(s).

I will bet you can’t turn on your television for more than five minutes before you see an ad for the latest and great fitness routine or product you can buy to take your fitness to the next level. There are so many programs, products and gadgets out there, that it’s enough to make your head spin. You have something that is insane, another one you do for 90 days, and yet another that combines a bunch of things into cross training and getting fit in a big warehouse of sorts! Well it’s all fine and these marketing machines do work. However, I sometimes have to sit back and observe this event that takes place between the consumer and the supplier, where you take some basic routines that have been here since the beginning of time, package it up, call it something fancy and create the frenzy behind it and, BOOM, you have a product, some people who want it and someone laughing all the way to the back!
