This is my story on the first month’s experience after consuming Lingzhi and Pollen for migraine headache and gastric pain ailments:
How I was introduced to Lingzhi and Pollen…
I was complaining to a friend that since the beginning of the year, I suffer from bad headache, body ache, feelings of nausea and lethargy as well as flatulence throughout each of my menstruation period. I have never suffered any serious PMS symptoms previously. I disliked this feeling and it was disrupting my daily routine. I suspected that I might have hormonal imbalance and was planning to visit a gynecologist.
Aside from this discomfort, I have been suffering the lifelong ailments of migraine headache and gastric pain.
My friend then recommended me to speak to his friend to find out more about Lingzhi. He is very satisfied with Lingzhi and highly recommended me to try it. So that’s how this started…
After a long explanation on the benefits and effects of Lingzhi…
As I am very sensitive and allergic to various foods, I was very skeptical and reluctant to try even after the detailed explanation. I researched on the internet and asked around to find out more about Lingzhi. There was indeed more positive feedback among the mix reviews I have received from this personal survey.
Despite my skepticism, my partner insisted that I should try and he proceeded to purchase the Lingzhi on my behalf.
Now that I have a 3 month supply of Yung Kien Ganoderma & Bee Pollen…
So I started to consume 2 capsules of Lingzhi (Yung Kien Ganoderma) and 4 capsules Pollen twice a day, before breakfast and before I go to bed. I was not ready to consume a huge dosage to avoid any sensitivity or allergic reaction. I was also having gastric pain during that time, so I was careful not to consume anything that will aggravate my gastric pain problem.
For the 1st week, I did not feel any dramatic physical difference except for a big painful acne inside my ear, which eventually subsided after a week. My gastric pain did not react even when I consumed the Lingzhi and Pollen on empty stomach. This is a very positive sign, I was thinking to myself.
On top of that, just after 3 days of consuming the Lingzhi and Pollen, my colleague who sat next to me commented that I looked fresher and less tired. I also noticed that I did not have any body ache which I usually felt after a whole day of facing my PC at work.
Then on the 2nd week, I increased my dosage to 4 Lingzhi and 8 Pollen twice a day. Right after, I had many breakouts on my back, but it subsided after 4 days. During this time, my period came and I noticed that aside from the migraine headache, I do not have any of the other usual symptoms. The headache was also a bearable one which I did not need to take any painkillers for.
By the 3rd week, I reduced my dosage back to 2 Lingzhi and 4 Pollen twice a day. It is now a month since I started this program. I feel less tired and am able to sleep later. Prior to this, I used to feel very sleepy early in the night, and would usually doze off by 9pm.
I will continue to consume and I am looking forward to my next period cycle to see if the migraine headache symptoms and gastric pain are truly gone.
